The low acidity causes an underestimation in the quality of a Brazilian cup – yet take a second sip, and you'll find that this flavor profile is surprisingly good. Roasting Specifications

Profile: Medium Roast

First crack: 8 minutes

Roasting establishes the aroma and flavor that is locked inside the green coffee bean. The roasting process causes chemical changes as the beans are quickly brought to very high temperatures. When they reach the desired roasting profile, they are cooled rapidly to stop the process.

Shipping

We ship our freshly roasted coffee on Monday and Friday each week. If your order is received by Thursday evening, it will ship on Friday; orders received by Saturday evening will ship on Monday.

Awesome Coffee - Brazil Bourbon Santos

This was our first time trying the Brazil Bourbon Santos coffee and we absolutely love it. It is very smooth and tasteful and is definitely a coffee blend that we will reorder in the future. So many great coffee choices at Acoustic Coffee. Great coffee, excellent service, very customer oriented owners and staff…..we are customers for life!

I haven’t tried it yet, I’m finishing up the delicious Voros Legend Blend. I’d bet my last dime though, that it’s as awesome as every blend I’ve already had. ❤️👏🎉
