Based on our original flagship coffee, this Colombian coffee has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process. A process that is completely organic with no chemicals used. It also ensures this coffee is 99.95% caffeine free. Get all the same great flavor with none of the caffeine. Our decaf Colombian coffee will delight with pleasant notes of lemon zest, black walnut, maple syrup and a perfect finish of baker's chocolate.

Roasting Specifications

Profile: Medium Roast

First crack: 8 minutes

Roasting establishes the aroma and flavor that is locked inside the green coffee bean. The roasting process causes chemical changes as the beans are quickly brought to very high temperatures. When they reach the desired roasting profile, they are cooled rapidly to stop the process.

Shipping

We ship our freshly roasted coffee on Monday and Friday each week. If your order is received by Thursday evening, it will ship on Friday; orders received by Saturday evening will ship on Monday.
