After trying a few different Acoustic Coffee roasts, Honduran whole bean medium roast is my favorite so far. I grind it medium-to-medium-coarse, and brew it with a Hario Switch (1:13 ratio with 45 sec closed bloom, drain, then 2 min emersion), which really brings out the sweet tasting notes mentioned in the product description, without bitterness.
This roast has become our default daily coffee, but we still look forward to trying more of the other Acoustic Coffee beans/roasts.
It has full taste no matter how its made: french press, percolator, or regular brew. Doesnt taste as bitter for an aftertaste as most coffees, I've tried. Def will buy again!
Not sure what it is-but there’s a lovely creamy texture to this coffee that I love! Great flavor and it’s a great day when it shows up on my doorstep
